HOW IT WORKS
Tell it the job. Approve. Done.
Not another chatbot. AI workers that do real work in your business, only with your OK, and prove it got done.
- 01 · TELL
Tell it the job
In plain words. “Follow up on every quote older than three days.” That's the whole setup.
- 02 · ASSIGN
It gets the right worker
A worker with just the tools that job needs, and one boss: you.
- 03 · APPROVE
You hold the gate
Before anything goes out, you see it first. The orange light means it's waiting on you, and only you.
- 04 · WORK
It does the work
Exactly what you approved. Nothing more, nothing sideways, no promises made in your name.
- 05 · RECORD
Every move is on the record
Who asked, what ran, what it produced. Look back anytime, no digging through chats.
- 06 · PROOF
Done means done
It checks that the email went out, the CRM changed, the order posted. If it can't confirm it, you'll know.
IF IT CAN'T CONFIRM IT HAPPENED, IT TELLS YOU
What you control
Scope and identity
Each worker and its data belong to one company. No silent authority across companies.
Action tiers
Reading, drafting, sending, and writing to outside systems are separate permissions. The default is no.
Approvals
Consequential actions go preview, then your approval, then a run limited to what you approved. No autonomous commitments.
Run record
A record written before anything runs, not a chat history reconstructed afterwards.
Verified outcomes
Done means confirmed by the destination system, or clearly flagged as unverified.
Handoffs
Work passes with its owner, its context, the next safe step, and what is not allowed.
Questions
What do I need to get started?
The systems you already use, like your CRM, email, and accounting. Godines connects to them and starts read-only. No new software to learn.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No special hardware to start. Godines works above whichever AI models you choose, and an owner-hosted edition is planned for companies that keep everything in-house.
When can I get it?
Soon. We're finishing the first worker, sales and operations follow-up, on our own companies first. Early access opens in small groups, and the waitlist goes first.
Is my data safe?
Each worker and its data belong to one company. Reading, drafting, sending, and writing to outside systems are separate permissions, and the default is no. Anything consequential needs your approval, and every run is recorded.
What if I don't have an ERP?
That's fine. Workers use the systems you already have, even spreadsheets and email.
What makes this different from ChatGPT?
A chat reply is not an invoice sent or a CRM updated. Godines governs the work itself: who may do what, who approves it, and proof that it happened.
Is this consulting or a managed service?
No. Godines is software a company installs and runs, with scoped AI workers and named human owners.
How much does it cost?
We'll share pricing with the waitlist first, before anything opens publicly. It's built to cost a fraction of hiring for the same work.
